**Job Description**:
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the face of FitClub, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional experience for our members. You’ll handle member inquiries, resolve issues, and assist in membership sign-ups, helping build a strong community at our Sushant Lok location.

Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: FitClub, Sushant Lok, Gurgaon

Availability: Immediate joiner preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist members with inquiries, complaints, and requests.

Provide information about membership options, services, and class schedules.

Handle membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.

Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.

Coordinate with the gym team to ensure a smooth and pleasant member experience.

Maintain an organized front desk and lobby area.

Promote gym events, classes, and membership promotions.

Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused attitude.

Prior experience in customer service is a plus.

Basic knowledge of fitness and gym operations preferred.

Pay: ₹10,399.06 - ₹35,281.34 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
