Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or healthcare support role is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and empathetically.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in healthcare delivery.*Job Summary*
*Responsibilities*
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
*Experience*
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in other administrative support roles
- In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
