Operations Executive

**Location**:

**Reports To**: Operations Manager

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:
*

Manage day-to-day operations and ensure timely execution of processes.

*

Coordinate with various departments (e.g., logistics, customer service, vendors) to streamline operations.

*

Monitor service delivery and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.

*

Maintain inventory records and ensure stock accuracy (if applicable).

*

Track and report key operational metrics and suggest areas for improvement.

*

Support vendor and partner onboarding and management.

*

Assist in planning and executing operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.

*

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

*

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior management.

*

Provide administrative support and documentation for audits and compliance.

**Requirements**:
*

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

*

1-3 years of experience in an operations or coordination role (industry-specific experience preferred).

*

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

*

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

*

Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and operations or ERP tools.

*

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
