Operations Executive

Job Summary:
As an Operations Executive in the travel industry, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various aspects of travel operations, including but not limited to tour planning, costing, logistics, vendor management, and customer service. Your primary goal will be to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for our clients, from planning to booking & till the end of their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tour Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to plan and develop attractive travel packages.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to work out the best costing and to secure services such as accommodations, transportation, flights and other land services.
- Oversee the implementation of planned itineraries, ensuring all arrangements run smoothly.
2. Logistics and Resource Management:
- Manage travel logistics, including transportation, equipment, and resources.
- Monitor and optimize resource allocation to minimize operational costs.
- Handle any unforeseen challenges, such as flight delays or on tour service issues, in a proactive and efficient manner.
3. Vendor and Partner Relations:
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, hotels, airlines, and other service providers.
- Negotiate contracts, review terms, and ensure service quality meets our standards.
- Resolve issues or disputes with vendors in a professional and timely manner.
4. Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the travel journey.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve future operations.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to travel operations.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators, budget adherence, and operational efficiency.
6. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the travel industry.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in travel operations or a similar role within the travel industry.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in travel-related software and tools.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
