**Job Title: Operations Executive**

**Job Summary**:
**Salary:

- 16,000 - 17,000 per month**

**Location: Location: Work from Office ( Thergaon, Pune)**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Support**:

- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to organizational policies.
- Monitor and optimize workflow processes to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental objectives.
- **Project Management**:

- Coordinate projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, allocate resources, and track progress against milestones.
- Provide regular updates to the manager and stakeholders on project status.
- **Customer Relations**:

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to maintain positive client relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Min. 12th pass
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- **Communication**:

- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- **Adaptability**:

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

**Should have good communication skills in English**

**Office days**:
10am to 7pm (Monday to Saturday)

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
