Customer Sales Representative

**JOB BRIEF & PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY**:
- Attending/ Initiating Dialer based outbound calls & convincing prospects to generate leads & thereby close B2C / B2B Sales real time
- Joining a team of Call Center Customer Service Representatives and building a positive relationship of teamwork, trust, and excellence.
- Understanding and using the required software, reports, tools, and metrics.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide
- solutions and/or alternatives as and where required
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Participating in training and striving to increase and improve existing skills. Meet
- personal targets and work towards meeting team targets
- Ensure total adherence to quality/ login/attendance/parameters

**Requirements & Skills**:
- Excellent fluency in English is mandatory
- Minimum 6 months prior experience in the sales/tele-marketing field shall be an added advantage. Track record of over-achieving due targets
- Minimum HSC (10+2) Pass
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Exceptional telephone manner, customer service skills, active listening skills, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, especially with regards to CRM software.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
Compensation Package:
- Performance bonus
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift
