**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Customer Sales Representative** to join our wholesale business team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving orders from retail customers and accurately entering them into our CSM software system. You will serve as the key point of contact for retailers, ensuring their inventory needs are met efficiently and professionally.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary contact for retailers placing inventory orders.
- Accurately input and manage orders in the **CSM software** system.
- Confirm product availability and communicate any changes or delays to retailers.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Follow up with clients for order confirmations, adjustments, and feedback.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing retail customers.
- Resolve order-related queries or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and order history.
- Report regularly to the Sales Manager on order status and customer issues.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or order entry (wholesale or retail preferred).
- Familiarity with order management or CRM/CSM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic understanding of wholesale inventory and retail operations.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in wholesale/distribution industry.
- Knowledge of inventory systems or ERP solutions.
- Bilingual skills (if serving diverse retail customer base).

**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Working Hours**: 8

Pay: ₹10,399.94 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
