**Position Overview**:
**As a Sales Representative at our Bansal Mall (Furniture & Furnishings), you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting furniture pieces that meet their needs, providing product knowledge, and closing sales transactions.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Greet customers warmly and ascertain their furniture needs and preferences.**

**2. Guide customers through our showroom, showcasing various furniture options and explaining features and benefits.**

**3. Provide accurate product information, including materials, dimensions, and maintenance requirements.**

**4. Assist customers in selecting furniture pieces that align with their style, budget, and functional requirements.**

**5. Offer expert advice on coordinating furniture pieces and accessories to create cohesive living spaces.**

**6. Answer customer inquiries regarding pricing, promotions, delivery options, and warranty information.**

**7. Demonstrate outstanding customer service by actively listening to customers, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly.**

**8. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.**

**9. Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment to enhance the overall shopping experience.**

**10. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.**

**11. Stay informed about industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.**

**12. Participate in sales training sessions and product knowledge seminars to continuously improve selling skills and enhance product expertise.**

**Qualifications**:

- **_**Previous experience in retail sales**_**, preferably in the furniture or home décor industry.**
**- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.**
**- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.**
**- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.**
**- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in sales transactions and order processing.**
**- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.**
**- Knowledge of furniture materials, construction techniques, and design principles is an asset.**
**- Fluency in multiple languages, particularly English and Gujarati, is advantageous.**

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
