**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends to effectively pitch products or services.
- Initiate and maintain contact with prospects to build relationships and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with senior sales representatives to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Document and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory or market segment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies.
