We are looking for motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team. This role is perfect for individuals looking to kick-start their career in sales and contribute to a growing company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential clients within the retail jewelry sector.
- **Product Demonstrations**: Schedule and perform virtual demos of our platform.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Update and manage leads in the CRM system.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather client feedback to share with the marketing and product teams.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
