**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and customer loyalty.
- Present and promote RITZLANE products to potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our premium outdoor furniture.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and showroom tours for clients, showcasing the quality and craftsmanship of RITZLANE furniture.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and other performance metrics to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the furniture, luxury goods, or outdoor products industry.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales goals.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
