**Job Functions -**
- Filing form FC-GPR and making advance remittance reporting.
- Appointment of Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors and Secretarial Auditors.
- Maintaining Statutory Registers.
- Drafting of Notices, Director’s Reports, Minutes, Resolutions Agendas and attendance sheets for various Board, Members and Committee Meetings (as per the Companies Act, 1956 as well as the Companies Act 2013.)
- Advising on good governance practices and compliance with Corporate Governance norms as prescribed under various Corporate, Securities and Other Business Laws and regulations and guidelines acts as the custodian of corporate records, statutory books and registers.
- Manages the Secretarial/Compliance Audit. Advises the company on arbitration, negotiation and conciliation of commercial disputes between various parties.
- Keeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the organisation.
- Prepare basic letters and agreements
**Desired Position Qualifications -**
- Qualified member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India
- A degree in Law (LLB) is a plus
