**Job Purpose**
- Handling the PAN India Invoicing Operations for CS Service Partner Operations
- Facilitating timely validation and payment processing
- Coordination with internal stakeholders to necessary approvals
- Extending support to operations team for necessary guidance

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Managing the monthly invoicing operations PAN India - ensuring accurate billing basis valid contractual guidelines
- Establishing one stop shop for all the CS service partners
- Provisioning accurate monthly CS Contact center cost in the books
- Maintaining relevant MIS and drawing out crisp analysis for management decision making and cost savings
- Maintaining update on partner payment status
- Coordination with finance and commercial team for payment processing
- Maintaining historical data and supporting in annual budgeting activity.

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Analytical mindset
- People handling skills to manage service partners
- Preferred experience in invoicing operations
- Finance background preferred
- Understand financial process of booking and provisioning Cost and highlight impacts to stakeholders for needful correction in operations / provisions.
- Co-ordination with Cross functions to deliver key requirements

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 6-10 years of relevant experience with 3-4years in telecom domain
- Sound knowledge of BPO operations
- Good communication & negotiation Skills
- Team handling skills
