Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and development of automotive or EV technologies, including powertrains, battery systems, and vehicle dynamics.
- Design and prototype components using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA).
- Perform simulations and analyses to validate designs and ensure performance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into existing systems.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports for stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in automotive and EV technologies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-10 years of experience in automotive or EV R&D.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA).
- Experience with simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with electric vehicle technologies, including battery management systems and electric powertrains.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to automotive and EV systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
