- ** Plan and maintain a social media content calendar** to ensure consistent and timely publishing.
- ** Monitor and engage with the online community** in real-time to boost engagement and resolve queries.
- ** Execute and optimize paid social media campaigns** on Meta platforms, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to drive awareness and lead generation.
- ** Track key performance indicators (KPIs)** and deliver monthly analytics reports with insights and improvement recommendations.
- ** Collaborate with influencers, EV bloggers, and industry experts** to amplify brand messaging and reach.
- ** Keep up-to-date with trends in the EV sector**, evolving digital platforms, and competitor strategies to inform content and campaigns.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience managing multi-platform social media campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), ad management platforms, and analytics dashboards.
- Familiarity with video production coordination and creative direction.
- Strong communication, copywriting, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage external agencies and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Passion for electric vehicles, clean energy, and sustainability.
