**Position Overview**

Eastman is seeking a proactive and experienced EV Powertrain Sales Manager to lead techno-commercial sales efforts for its EV powertrain product line. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in powertrain systems or techno-commercial sales, working closely with OEMs and channel partners in the electric mobility sector. This role will be instrumental in driving business growth and customer success in the Delhi NCR region and other key markets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Drive sales of EV powertrain components such as motors, controllers, drivetrains, and battery packs to OEMs and through channel (open market) partners.

Develop and grow a strong dealer and distributor network aligned with Eastman's market strategy.

Identify and convert new opportunities in the EV 2W, 3W, and LCV segments.

Techno-Commercial Management

Engage in detailed discussions with customers on both technical and commercial aspects.

Prepare and deliver product presentations, technical proposals, and commercial offers tailored to client requirements.

Lead price negotiations while ensuring alignment with product capabilities and commercial viability.

Reporting & Coordination

Track sales performance, forecasts, and account activities using CRM tools.

Collaborate with internal teams such as R&D, production, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.

Experience:

Minimum 8–12 years of experience in EV powertrain sales or in a techno-commercial role in the automotive/EV

Prior experience dealing with OEMs or managing channel sales is essential.

Location: Based in Delhi NCR, with readiness for domestic travel as required.
