Role OverviewWe are seeking motivatedMechanical Engineering Internsto join our Project team. As an intern, you will work closely with our engineering and product teams to develop simulation models, perform powertrain analyses, and support system design and integration. This position offers hands-on exposure to both the analytical and practical aspects of EV powertrain development.Responsibilities Develop and validateSimulink/Simscape/Stateflow modelsfor vehicle and powertrain subsystems (e.g., drivetrain, battery, motor). Performpowertrain performance and efficiency analysesto support design decisions. Conductmarket research and benchmarkingof EV components and systems. Assist inconcept design, CAD modeling, and packaging studiesfor mechanical subsystems. Supportintegration of electrical and mechanical componentswithin packaging constraints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations. Basic understanding ofelectric powertrain components(motors, batteries, gearboxes). Prior experience in student competitions like Formula Student, Baja SAE preferred Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.Qualifications Pursuing aBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical / Automotive / Mechatronics Engineering. Familiarity withMATLAB/Simulinkand basic control system modeling. Proficiency inCAD software(SolidWorks / CATIA / Siemens NX).What You’ll GainHands-on experience inEV system simulation and packaging.
