Position Overview
Senso EV is expanding its dealer and franchise network across India and invites Freelance Sales
Professionals, Business Partners, and Independent Leaders to collaborate with us. This opportunity is open across multiple levels from Sales Manager to State Head offering growth potential based on performance and experience.
Unlike conventional employment, this is a freelancer / independent partner role where you will drive EV distribution, dealership expansion, and franchise business growth in your region with full flexibility.
Levels & Experience Requirements
- Sales Manager (Freelance): 1–4 years experience
- Area Sales Manager (Freelance): 2–5 years experience
- Regional Sales Manager (Freelance): 5–8 years experience
- State Head (Freelance): 8+ years experience with P&L/business leadership
Key Responsibilities
Network Development & Sales Growth
- Identify, recruit, and onboard EV dealers/franchise partners in assigned territory
- Drive sales and expansion of Senso EV's dealer network
- Execute sales strategies and local promotional campaigns
Market Leadership & Analysis
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Adapt national marketing campaigns to local audiences
- Share insights and performance updates with Senso EV HQ
Team & Dealer Leadership
- Mentor and guide dealer partners and freelance teams
- Ensure product training, sales processes, and brand guidelines are followed
Business & Brand Management
- Act as Senso EV brand ambassador in the territory
- Monitor showroom standards, customer experience, and operational compliance
- Manage inventory coordination and logistics
Senior-Level Business Role (RSM / State Head)
- Handle P&L responsibility for assigned state/region
- Build strategic long-term dealer/franchise relationships
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and service teams
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
- Graduate degree required
- MBA (Sales/Marketing/Business) preferred for senior levels
Experience:
- Proven track record in sales/distribution (Automotive, EV, Two-wheeler, FMCG, or Franchise model preferred)
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Financial acumen for managing business operations (senior levels)
Financial & Infrastructure (For Freelance Partners):
- Strong financial capability for investment in EV inventory & local infrastructure
- Existing business infrastructure (warehouse/logistics) is an added advantage
- Valid business license & compliance with local regulations
