Onkaara Occult Zone is a leading numerology and occult consultancy offering personalized guidance to clients across India. We specialize in numerology-based consultations, personal growth, and business success solutions. Our telecalling team connects with clients to share insights and services, and we are looking for an experienced **Sales Trainer** to help enhance their communication and conversion skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging weekly online training sessions (2-3 hours) for the telecalling/sales team.
- Train team members on effective communication, sales pitch, and closing techniques.
- Develop customized training materials and mock call exercises.
- Monitor team performance and suggest improvement strategies.
- Coach team members on handling objections and building rapport with clients.
- Share best practices to improve call-to-conversion ratio.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **Sales Trainer**, **Telecalling Coach**, or **Sales Mentor**.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in telesales or B2C sales preferred.
- Ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Comfortable conducting sessions online (via Zoom/Google Meet).
