As a B2B Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, targeting Ecommerce businesses in India and international regions.
Position: B2B Inside Sales Representative Experience:
**Responsibilities**:
Market Reaearch, Lead Generaion, Prospecting the potential customers.
Maintiing a strong pipeline of leads fo Customer Demos
Engage with leads to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals, and position our products and services as viable solutions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive customer loyalty and ensure repeat business opportunities.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to leverage knowledge in sales interactions and strategy development.
Effectively utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, update customer information, and generate insightful sales reports.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven 1-2 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales prefferbably in selling it to Ecommerce Companies
A successful track record of achieving Product Pipeine revenue records
Experience in selling to Ecommerce businesses is highly advantageous.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively articulate product features and benefits.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools to manage leads and opportunities.
Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Understanding of the Ecommerce industry and familiarity with competitor offerings is a plus.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
