Construction Sales

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and consultants.
- Promote and sell construction-related products or services.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements in line with company policies.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and progress reports.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
- Attend site visits, client meetings, and industry events as required.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- **Should have at least 2 years of experience in sales within a construction company.**:
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry, products, and customer base.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client visits and site meetings.
**Preferred Experience**:
- Sales of construction materials (e.g., cement, steel, tiles, paints, etc.)
- B2B or project-based selling within the construction sector.
- Familiarity with local construction companies and market dynamics.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
