**Position**: Customer Success Executive (CSE) - Voice & Blended Processes
**Location**: Mohali, India
**Work Hours**: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Day Shift)
About the Role
We are looking for **dynamic, confident, and fluent communicators** to join our team as **Customer Success Executives (CSE)** for **blended and voice processes**. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who have previously worked on **Philippines processes** and bring expertise in handling **international clients**.
The role demands **excellent English communication skills**, adaptability, and the ability to deliver **exceptional customer experiences**. If you can speak/understand **Filipino**, that will be a major plus
Key Responsibilities
- Handle **customer queries** across voice and blended processes with professionalism and empathy.
- Engage with clients from the Philippines process, ensuring cultural sensitivity and communication clarity.
- Provide **first-level support** for client issues and escalate complex concerns where necessary.
- Maintain high levels of **accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction**.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage daily shift responsibilities (7 AM - 3 PM) with punctuality and commitment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- **Excellent English communication skills** (spoken and written).
- Prior experience in **blended & voice processes** (international BPO/Philippines process preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to **handle pressure with a calm approach**.
- Knowledge of/ability to communicate in **Filipino** (preferred, not mandatory).
- Minimum qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate with relevant experience.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
