Customer Success Executive

**Job Brief**:
We are looking for a technically savvy Customer support executive who possesses a strong drive for results. Duties for the customer support executive will include a broad range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking, implementing success programs, contributing to sales, on-boarding and training clients, and minimising churn. You should also be able to provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints and requests.
**Responsibilities**:
Review customer queries and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company.
Will be responsible for cross selling and Up selling as per the client's needs.
Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best products for their needs
Look at customer performance data on a daily basis and communicate areas of opportunity.
Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
Identify patterns among customer performance and contribute towards developing best practices, FAQs and knowledge base for using the Company platform.
Ensure customer satisfaction. Identify any potential issues proactively before the customer reports them.
**Requirements**:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
Willingness to work in the US time zone is a must.
Experience in a prior customer success or customer support role is a must.
Must have good troubleshooting skills.
Experience in dealing directly with International customers will be an advantage.
