**SEMY, formerly Servicebedriften Myhre** is a **Facility Management** company based in **Oslo, Norway.**

**This position will start working Online but the successful applicant should be open to working also Onsite (once office is prepared).**

Our customers are commercial buildings and apartment building owners. We deliver services to the buildings and we are managing the buildings for the owners.

We are looking for a **DYNAMICS FIELD SERVICE RESOURCE** who can help us with the building of, migration to the Dynamics System in the company.
- **Tasks to do**:_

2. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues (software bugs, data issues, and system configuration issues)

3. Responsible for maintaining systems documentation Dynamics CRM/365

4. Translate business needs into solution requirements, initial design concepts, rational business and functional requirements and specifications for solutions

6. Plan and manage resources accordingly to ensure successful implementations

8. Other duties as deemed necessary for the job.
- **Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience**:_

1. Must possess 2-4 years of experience within Dynamics 365 with Techno-Functional expertise in Field Service; including modules, designing, implementation/configuration, administering and full lifecycle (analysis - deployment) experience. Field Service Experience is a must.

2. Related field with 2-4 years' of work experience with Microsoft (with focus on CRM side)

4. Demonstrated ability to work and communicate in English professionally, verbally, and in written form.

5. Must be able to work with JavaScript, Plugins, C#

6. With some team management skills; had experience in handling a team and open taking up greater role/responsibilities in the future

7. Multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.

8. With Strong problem solving skills; Recognizes and acts on opportunities; adjust direction when situation warrants

9. Needs Microsoft Certification: Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant Associate certification is desired; With PL:200 or PL:400 certification

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- UK shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
