
Outbound Sales Calling Professional

**What you will do**:
- Cold calling to generate and close leads.
- Maintain healthy pipeline of prospects.
- Create daily, weekly and monthly performance summary.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Meet aggressive new customer acquisition targets.
Basic Qualifications:
- Education Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree.
- Experience - 1 to 3 years of US & Canada sales experience, preferably from IT Consulting domain.
**Skill set**:
- Must have excellent communication skills (Written and verbal)
- Must have expert level skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS project, MS Visio.
- Must have experience working on tools like MS Teams, Zoom meetings, etc.
- Good analytical skills, Dynamic, aggressive & result oriented professional.
- Ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision.
- Proven presentation and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work in teams, manage multiple projects, achieve targets & deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, changing business environment.
- Excellent Time Management, Organizational and Project Management skills.
- High degree of professionalism and a flair for customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of IT industry will be an added advantage.
