**Job Summary**:
A Telesales Executive is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products or services, and closing sales. The role requires strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-focused approach to meet sales targets and enhance business growth.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and follow-ups professionally.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
- Follow company sales scripts and guidelines for effective conversations.
- Report daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and feedback.

**Qualifications Required**:

- Minimum High School Diploma; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and/or regional languages.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Confidence and ability to handle customer objections effectively.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,263.63 - ₹34,116.24 per month
