**Job Description: Sales Auditor (Fresher)**

**Position**: Sales Auditor

**Age Requirement**: 20 to 45 years

**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹13,000

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily listening of recorded *sales calls* (outbound/inbound).
- Evaluate calls based on *pre-defined checklists*.
- Identify areas of improvement in communication, pitch, objection handling, and closing.
- Mark each call with feedback: *Excellent, Average, Needs Improvement*.
- Maintain records of daily audit sheets.
- Share weekly reports with sales managers and team leads.
- Highlight any *compliance breaches or customer miscommunication*.
- Collaborate with the training team to share patterns or gaps.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic administrative tools.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen interest in numbers and analysis.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
