
Chat Support Executive with Calling

The Call Center Representative is responsible for managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. They handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide information, and deliver excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Handling Calls**:
- Answer incoming calls from customers regarding products, services, or queries.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, confirm appointments, or generate leads.
- **Customer Support**:
- Listen actively to customer concerns and provide accurate, satisfactory solutions.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while handling complaints or difficult customers.
- **Data Management**:
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the database.
- Update customer information and follow up as required.
- **Sales and Promotions (if applicable)**:
- Upsell or cross-sell products/services during calls as needed.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and quotas.
- **Problem Solving**:
- Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.
- Offer alternative solutions to meet customer needs.
- **Adherence to Policies**:
- Follow company scripts and guidelines to maintain consistency in communication.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality policies.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is an advantage.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficient in using call center software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle stress.
**Work Environment**:
- Office-based or remote, depending on the company.
- Requires long periods of sitting and extensive use of a headset and computer.
- May involve working in night shifts and timing 7:30pm to 3pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Supplemental Pay:
