Job Title: Guest Relationship Executive

Location: Boche Toddy Pub

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and hospitable environment.
- Manage guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits.
- Assist in coordinating special events and promotions to enhance guest engagement.
- Provide detailed information about our menu offerings, specials, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and high standards of service.
- Collect guest feedback to continuously improve service quality.

Qualifications:

- Min 3 years of experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
