**Job Description**:
Boche Toddy Pub is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Captain to join our vibrant team. The Captain will oversee the frontofhouse operations, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise the service staff to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Greet and seat guests, providing menus and answering any questions about the offerings.
- Manage table assignments and coordinate service flow to maximize efficiency.
- Monitor the dining area to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Train and mentor new team members, fostering a positive and cooperative work environment.
- Assist in managing inventory and placing orders as needed.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
