**Job Overview**

The Digital Sales Associate (Inside Sales) role involves engaging with potential learners in BFSI, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable courses. The role includes lead management, sales execution, and revenue contribution.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Lead Management
- Engage with inbound leads from digital campaigns, webinars, and marketing efforts.
- Qualify prospects based on their interests and career goals.

2. Sales Execution
- Conduct consultative sales calls to understand customer needs.
- Explain the value of BFSI-related courses and certifications.
- Maintain a high closure rate using structured sales approaches.

3. CRM and Reporting
- Update and manage leads and sales data in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Provide sales reports on performance, lead conversion, and pipeline health.

4. Customer Engagement
- Address customer queries about course details, pricing, and career outcomes.
- Follow up with prospects at different sales funnel stages to nurture leads.

5. Market Awareness
- Stay updated on BFSI industry trends to better position courses.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to refine sales strategies.

6. Team Collaboration
- Work with marketing, operations, and academic teams for a smooth customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in EdTech or BFSI.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2C environment.
- Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Basic understanding of BFSI industry trends and upskilling requirements.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience selling BFSI-related training programs or certifications.
- Familiarity with digital sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Knowledge of customer behavior analytics and sales funnel optimization.
