**Roles and Responsibilities**

Job opportunity for position of Purchase Executive for our organization for Hosur location.Qualification : BE (Mechanical)- Experience : 5-8 years**Job Description**:
1) Procurement of Engineering items/ Fabricated Component/ Electrical Items& packing material

2) Inventory Monitoring& reduction( Engineering items & Packing Materials)

3) Support project manager on New Vendor Development, /Vendor management

4) Market Study& Feed back to users

5) Cost analysis and continuous following with the vendor.

6) Maintain ISO Records,

7) Resolves discrepancies in vendor Invoices

8) Liaison with factory with Engineering Dept

9) Payment follow up with accounts dept

10) On time material purchase to support production and planning dept

11) Material management

12) Strong Negotiation skills

13) Update technical data of purchase items.

14) Liaise closely with projects team

15) Filing of all purchase date with identification

16) Any other important role given by Management
