**Roles and Responsiblities**
- A Diagnostic Purchase Executive's job is to source and procure diagnostic supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality and compliance with industry standards.
- **Supplier Sourcing and Management**:

- Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers of diagnostic supplies, equipment, and services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- **Procurement Planning and Execution**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies for diagnostic materials.
- Manage purchase orders, track inventory, and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends and pricing to optimize procurement costs.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure the quality and compliance of purchased diagnostic supplies and equipment.
- Perform quality checks and inspections.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with internal departments (e.g., labs, medical teams) to understand their needs.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
- Generate reports on procurement performance.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
