Leading retail showroom looking for a **Billing & Purchase Executive** in **Hosur** location

**Industry**:Home Decors & Furnishings/Ceramics & Sanitaryware

**Qualification**:Any relevant degree

**Experience**: 2+ years of exp in **retail billing, purchase & statutory compliances** (Preferably from construction industry).

**Salary**: Up to INR 18,000/Month + Health Insurance benefits.

**Skills Required**:

- Knowledge of GST, VAT, and other tax laws.
- Proficient in accounting software (Tally, Zoho books, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with e-way bills and e-invoicing.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Billing**:
1. Generate invoices, receipts, and other billing documents.

2. Maintain billing records, accounts and track payments.

3. Assist in auditing and financial reporting.

4. Coordinate with sales and operations teams.

**Purchase**:
1. Manage procurement of materials and goods.

2. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors.

3. Verify purchase orders and invoices.

**Statutory Compliances**:
1. Ensure GST, VAT, and other tax compliances.

2. File statutory returns and reports.

3. Maintain compliance records.

**Only immediate joiners are required.**

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hosur, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Billing/Purchase/Statutory compliances: 2 years (preferred)
