**Experience**: 2+ years of exp in **retail billing, accounting & statutory compliances (Preferably from construction industry).**
**Salary**:Up to INR 20,000/Month + Health Insurance benefits.
**Skills Required**:
- Knowledge of GST, VAT, and other tax laws.
- Proficient in MS-Office and accounting software (Tally, Zoho books, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with e-way bills and e-invoicing.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Billing**:
1. Generate invoices, receipts, and other billing documents.
2. Manage cash & credit transactions.
3. Maintain billing records, accounts and track payments.
4. Maintain inventory records (update stock levels after sales).
5. Assist in auditing and financial reporting.
6. Coordinate with sales and operations teams.
**Accounts**:
1. Maintain and update accounts records (sales, purchases, expenses).
2. Track payments and follow up on pending payments.
3. Prepare and submit sales & accounts reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
4. Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
**Statutory Compliances**:
1. Ensure GST, VAT, and other tax compliances.
2. File statutory returns and reports (GST, VAT, etc.).
3. Maintain compliance records and documents.
4. Coordinate with auditors for annual audits.
Only immediate joiners are required.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
