Leading retail showroom looking for a **Purchase Executive** in **Hosur** location

**Industry**: Home Decors & Furnishings/Ceramics & Sanitaryware
**Qualification**: Any relevant degree
**Experience**: 2+ years of **procurement or purchase in retail showroom (Preferably from construction industry).**
**Salary**: Up to INR 25,000/Month + Health Insurance benefits.
**Skills Required**:

- Knowledge of GST, VAT, and other tax laws.
- Proficient in MS-Office.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Procurement**:
1. Source and identify suppliers for products.
2. Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
3. Place purchase orders and track deliveries.
4. Verify product quality, quantity, and specifications.
5. Maintain purchase records (invoices, receipts, delivery notes).
6. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.
7. Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies.
8. Adhere to GST, VAT, and other tax regulations.

**Inventory Management**:
1. Monitor stock levels and anticipate stock requirements.
2. Maintain inventory records (update stock levels after purchases).
3. Conduct periodic inventory audits.
4. Coordinate with sales and operations teams.

**Only immediate joiners are required.**

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hosur, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Purchase or Procurement: 2 years (preferred)
