Executive - Stores and Purchase

1. Identify and source vendors or suppliers for required goods and services.

2. Obtain competitive quotes and negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure favorable terms and pricing.

3. Evaluate supplier performance, product quality, and delivery timelines to ensure the best value for the organization.

4. Regularly review and update the list of approved suppliers.

5. Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, stock locations, and expiration dates where applicable.

6. Conduct regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.

7. Receive and inspect incoming shipments for quality, quantity, and compliance with purchase orders.

8. Assist in budget planning related to purchasing and inventory needs.

9. Monitor expenses and strive to achieve cost savings without compromising on quality.

10. Organize and maintain the storage facility in a clean, orderly, and safe manner.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
