Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement processes for F&B items
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Oversee storage and distribution of F&B items
- Implement and maintain quality control measures
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of experience in purchasing and store management, specifically in F&B sector
- Strong knowledge of F&B supply chain and inventory management
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant certifications in purchasing or inventory management (preferred)

Additional Information
- Location: Hosur
- Start Date: Immediate joining required

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
