**Job Title**: LinkedIn Sales Navigator Specialist
**Location**: New Delhi
**Experience : 1 year**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and qualify potential leads based on target demographics and company profiles.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to connect with decision-makers, establish rapport, and set up meetings or demos.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create personalized messaging and campaigns for outreach.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with leads, prospects, and relevant information.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of LinkedIn campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on LinkedIn's tools, best practices, and sales techniques to maximize the use of Sales Navigator.
- Work closely with marketing teams to align strategies and share insights for targeted content development.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, preferably in a B2B sales environment.
- Strong understanding of social selling and lead generation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
