LinkedIn Marketing Expert - B2B Sales Intern
- **Start Date**: Immediate
- **Location**: My Design Minds, RZ-16, Third Floor, Mahindra Park, Near Hero Showroom, Uttam Nagar, Delhi (110059)
- **Salary**: 12,000 - 15,000 + incentive
- **Job Type**: Full-time
- **Experience**: 0-6 months

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute effective LinkedIn marketing strategies to attract and convert B2B prospects.
- Optimize and manage company and key employee profiles for credibility and visibility.
- Create, curate, and post high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) for brand positioning.
- Run targeted LinkedIn Ads (Sponsored Content, InMail, etc.) for lead generation.
- Build and manage LinkedIn lead generation campaigns using Sales Navigator and automation tools.
- Grow relevant connections, nurture leads through DMs, and drive conversations to sales.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and report KPIs weekly/monthly.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align LinkedIn strategy with B2B goals.
- Stay up to date with LinkedIn algorithm changes, best practices, and tools.

Qualifications & Skills Required
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn marketing and B2B lead generation (internship/project experience accepted).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Ads, and CRM tools.
- Exposure to LinkedIn automation tools (e.g., Dripify, Waalaxy, Phantombuster) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in **English and Hindi**.
- Strong copywriting skills and the ability to craft persuasive messages.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail for tracking and optimizing campaign performance.
- A well-maintained personal LinkedIn presence will be an added advantage.
- Must be **confident**, **well-dressed**, and **well-groomed**.
- Educational Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate (any stream).
