The Personal Assistant/Secretary will provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring seamless office operations and effective internal and external communication. The role demands a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Managing the MD's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Screening and prioritizing communications, acting as a liaison with stakeholders.
- Organizing travel logistics, ensuring smooth itineraries and documentation.
- Preparing meeting agendas, materials, and recording minutes for follow-up actions.
- Handling expense reports and credit card reconciliations.
- Supporting special projects through research and report preparation.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Assisting in planning and executing corporate events and conferences.
- Ensuring follow-ups and coordination across departments as per CMD directives.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
