Are you an experienced **NOC Engineer** with a flair for driving operational excellence? If so, we want you to be a part of the Network Operations Centre team As a **NOC Engineer**, you will be involved in managing our AWS cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with various teams for troubleshooting, implementing solutions, and enhancing our cloud operations.

**What you will be doing**:

- Attend alerts and incidents, conducting initial troubleshooting and escalations.
- Maintain updates on AWS resources, including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement best cloud operations’ practices.
- Conduct regular reviews and optimize resource usage to reduce costs.
- Assist in capacity planning and cloud resource forecasting. Work in rotational shifts (including morning, evening and night shifts)**What we are looking for from you**:
Essential:

- Experience in a NOC or cloud operations role, preferably with AWS.
- Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Datadog, Nagios).
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.

Desirable:

- Knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Experience with Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Experience with incident management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
