**Key Responsibilities**For **Freshers**:

- **Lead Generation & Market Research**: Identify and research potential leads and target markets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build relationships with new clients to understand their needs and offer relevant solutions.
- **Assist in Proposal Development**: Work with the senior team members to create proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- **Sales Support**: Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking leads, and maintaining CRM systems.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet daily, weekly, or monthly goals set by the company for lead generation and meetings.
- **Lead Generation & Market Expansion**: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, targeting key clients and industries.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and brand loyalty.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the senior sales team to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Take charge of negotiating deals, closing sales, and managing the entire sales cycle from lead to contract.
- **Account Management**: Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Market Analysis**: Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and industry insights to inform business strategies.
- **Team Leadership (if applicable)**: Mentor and guide junior team members, helping them achieve sales targets and career development.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
