**Job Title-** Talent Acquisition

**Qualification**: Any Graduation/ MBA HR

**Work Mode**: Full time at Office

**Years of Experience**: 4+ years

**Location**: Jain College Campus, Jayanagar 9th block, Bangalore
- **We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive**_**for JAIN Group**_

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Taking care of end to end recruitment
- Analyzing the job requirement
- Posting the jobs in the portals
- Screening resumes
- Administering appropriate company assessments
- Performing reference and background checks Coordinating interviews with the head of the Institution
- Following up on the interview process status
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
- Staying current on the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
- Completing timely reports on employment activity
- Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment,
- Training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an HR Recruitment
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
