**Responsibilities**:

- **Developing and Implementing Quality Management Systems**:This includes establishing procedures for inspection, testing, and evaluation of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- **Conducting Audits**:Regularly perform internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- **Ensuring Compliance**:Ensure that the company meets all relevant regulations and industry standards for têxtile products.
- **Managing QA Teams**:Supervise and train QA inspectors, technicians, and other staff to ensure effective quality control.
- **Analyzing Data and Identifying Issues**:Collect and analyze quality data to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions.
- **Developing and Implementing Testing Strategies**:Design and implement testing protocols and methodologies to ensure products meet quality benchmarks before they reach the market.
- **Training and Education**:Provide training to production staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
- **Communicating with External Stakeholders**:Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, and other external stakeholders to address quality concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Required Skills**:

- **Technical Knowledge**:Strong understanding of têxtile manufacturing processes, quality control techniques, and industry standards.
- **Leadership and Team Management**:Ability to lead and motivate QA teams, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a culture of quality.
- **Analytical Skills**:Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and identify trends to improve quality.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**:Ability to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions.
- **Communication Skills**:Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including production staff, management, and customers.
- **Attention to Detail**:Meticulousness in inspecting products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standard

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
