**Job Summary **:As a Production Incharge in the Automobile Industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality automotive components or vehicles. You will lead a team of production personnel, coordinate with various departments, and implement strategies to meet production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Production Planning and Scheduling**:

- Develop production schedules, considering factors such as resource availability, production capacity, and customer demand.
- Monitor and adjust production schedules as needed to meet deadlines and customer requirements.

**Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and lead a team of production workers, including machine operators, assemblers, and technicians.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team members meet performance targets and adhere to company policies.

**Quality Control**:

- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that products meet or exceed industry and company standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks and address any deviations from quality standards.

**Process Improvement**:

- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains in the production process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and cost-saving measures.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions to promote a culture of safety awareness.

**Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that adequate materials and components are available for production.
- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Generate production reports and performance metrics to track progress towards production goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to production processes and procedures.

**Communication and Collaboration**:

- Foster effective communication between production, engineering, quality control, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any production-related issues or challenges.

**Cost Control**:

- Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety standards.
- Evaluate and optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity.

**Qualifications**:

- 5-7 years of experience in production management within the Automobile Industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, technologies, and best practices.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in the automobile industry.
- Proficiency in using production management software and tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
