About the Role:

We are hiring a Lab Incharge to lead the Quality Control & Assurance function at ourclient's modern cattle feed manufacturing plant in Gujarat. The role will ensure that raw materials, in-process production, and finished products consistently meet stringent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, testing, and analysis.
  • Implement and monitor quality control systems for raw materials and finished feed.
  • Conduct nutritional, chemical, and microbiological testing as per industry standards.
  • Ensure adherence to BIS, FSSAI, and other regulatory compliances.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
  • Lead and train lab technicians to maintain testing accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with production and procurement teams to resolve quality issues.
Candidate Profile:
  • B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Animal Nutrition, or related field.
  • 5–10 years' experience in a QC/QA laboratory, preferably in cattle feed, food, agro, or process industries.
  • Strong knowledge of quality testing protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership ability to manage lab teams and ensure compliance.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, with strong problem-solving skills.
