Job Title
QA-QC Engineer Department - Quality Location - Ahmedabad
Job Responsibilities :
  • Must have full knowledge of Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC), its ingredients, design mix etc.
  • Knowledge of various type of cement, RMC grades and testing parameters.
  • Regular inspection & testing of incoming materials require for RMC.
  • Maintain & Manage the QC equipment and plant machinery calibration.
  • Proficiency in preparing most cost-effective concrete mix design.
  • Inspect quality and storage of material received at plant.
  • Trial Mix of all types of concrete will be done by quality Incharge
  • Maintaining Lab/ Field test reports.
  • Daily base co-coordinating with client/consultant for material selection/testing/Mix design approval.
  • Ensure material quality checking and compliance with quality parameters.
  • Documentation of testing process and reports of materials & final product.

Skills, Experience & Competencies:
Qualification : B.E. or Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering Experience : 3-10 years in high-rise building construction Must Haves : Prior contractor firm experience as QA-QC Engineer in building project
