**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage daily **production activities** to meet targets and quality standards.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate **production processes** to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor **machine operations, workforce productivity, and material usage**.
- Implement **lean manufacturing** and **process improvement** techniques to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with **safety regulations, quality control guidelines, and industry standards**.
- Identify and resolve **production issues**, minimizing downtime and waste.
- Maintain **inventory control** and coordinate with the procurement team for raw materials.
- Train, guide, and evaluate production staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Collaborate with **engineering, quality control, and maintenance teams** to optimize processes.
- Prepare and maintain **production reports, machine logs, and efficiency records**.

**Requirements**:

- **Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering** or a related field.
- Proven experience as a **Production Incharge, Supervisor, or Manager** in a manufacturing unit.
- Strong knowledge of **manufacturing processes, machinery, and production planning**.
- Experience in **lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or process optimization** is preferred.
- Ability to **lead and motivate a team**, ensuring high performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- **Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and production tracking software** is an advantage.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in **plastics, injection moulding, or safety equipment manufacturing**.
- Knowledge of **ISO, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
