**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **Production Incharge** to join our team at Divine Engineering. This role requires a hands-on leader who can oversee daily production activities, ensure quality compliance, coordinate across departments, and drive operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and verify the previous day's production work.
- Conduct Gemba walks to monitor and support shop floor operations.
- Lead short daily meetings to align teams on priorities and tasks.
- Quickly identify and resolve any production issues.
- Coordinate manpower and material allocation for efficient operations.
- Track job status, adjust deadlines, and support project planning.
- Communicate project updates with clients and address their concerns.
- Ensure quality by working closely with the QC department.
- Collaborate with internal teams like machining, painting, and management.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Qualification**: BE in Mechanical Engineering
- **Experience**: Minimum 8-15 years in a production supervisory or management role (preferred)
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and leadership
- Efficient in problem-solving and task management
- Knowledge of production planning and quality standards
- Ability to manage resources and prioritize tasks under pressure

Pay: From ₹1,000,000.00 per year
